For many years we have been studying, learning and collecting new and important information about childbirth; not only medical, but also psychological. We also study the birth and postpartum traditions of different cultures and different countries.
In our business, we rely on evidence-based medicine and international research; while also striving to maintain a respectful attitude towards the opinion and wish of the mother. We believe that she is the one who intuitively knows what is best for herself and her child. As such, we understand that this is all in the context of the uniqueness of the history of each woman. We strive to help each woman find her place, and to realize what exactly it is that she needs to smoothly transition into motherhood. Our goal is that all women feel satisfied and happy with their birth experience.
In this circle we are more than glad to open our space to new women that are beginning their journey. Our idea is that everyone we work with feels understood and comfortable to open up among us, to be themselves, to express themselves, and to feel themselves.
Our main value is following and respecting the choices of each woman. We do not preach certain childbirth methods, the “correct” way to parent, or any rigid concepts. We are ready to accompany women during their birth, whatever they may be. Each birth is different and it is important for us to be flexible and ready for each unique experience.

My aim is that every mother feels grounded, nourished, empowered and ready to take on motherhood! I make sure that each woman that works with us is receiving physical and mental care both before and after birth, evidence based knowledge to make informed decisions, and one of one support from her village of professionals in the field during this transitional time.
As a mother myself, I know what it feels like to be pregnant, and to have the anxiety and fear of the unknown take over. I know the concerns about how to care for the life of a newborn child and how this new addition may change a family dynamic. I know the desire to want to be a perfect mother, and the fear of not knowing everything and wondering how I will ever learn it all. I understand all of these concerns, which are absolutely valid- and I want to take the weight of these worries off of your shoulders so that you are not going through this fragile time alone.

I decided to become a doula after my own giving birth and postpartum experience. The doula that I have chosen during my first pregnancy made such a difference in my own process of becoming a mother along with my husband’s becoming a father. At that point I felt that I was able to make a similar difference for someone else.
Assisting at any types of births – home, birthing center, and hospitals – is extremely enjoyable. They are all unique, not only due to their location but also due to the experience they provide. It is also always educational for me, as birth evidence changes and evolves quite often. My job as a birth worker allows me to provide the support that parents and babies need to ease the transition into the wonderful life of parenthood.

Her journey in birth work began as a certified birth and postpartum doula and breastfeeding counselor in 2015. Shortly after, she also became a birth assistant and began working alongside midwives in home, and birth center births. The more she learned about the process a woman’s body endures throughout and after pregnancy, the more intrigued she became. After reading various research papers and studies about placenta consumption, she realized the benefits were outstanding, and that every mother should have the opportunity to learn about these life-changing benefits as well.
She soon became a certified Placenta Encapsulation Specialist, receiving Blood borne Pathogens and OSHA’s Safe Food Handling Certifications. After founding Your Body Your Birth Your Baby in 2016 she began servicing Mama’s with placenta encapsulation services all throughout Miami Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Port St. Lucie Counties. She is now proud to be servicing Mama’s nationwide!
She is fluent in English and Spanish and has a background in nursing, midwifery and psychology. She believes that every birthing person deserves to experience the amazing benefits of placenta encapsulation.

As a mother of five naturally born children, and more that 20 years of learning, full of happy and painful moments, I believe I have knowledge and experience to share. I am grateful to mothers and families for allowing me to be present in their sacred spaces and to share with me their important and unforgettable periods of life.
I know that women do have their inner wisdom they should trust and use always, and especially during pregnancy and at birth. I love the ways in which doulas can bring comfort and support to women at birth and to the new moms – helping to enjoy their motherhood, to become confident and happy.
As a HypnoBirthing instructor I believe that using the resources of our bodies and minds, and intuition, helps to achieve the goal of having more peaceful and joyful birth.

Nadine Tanis is a mother with years of experience supporting and working with new parents as they start their journey into parenthood. Nadine began working with breastfeeding families as a Peer Counselor in 2014 in Miami-Dade WIC and worked part-time at Hialeah Hospital for eight years as a lactation counselor.
She started working as a birth and postpartum doula in 2018 and has been supporting families in both capacities. In addition to being passionate about assisting moms/parents in reaching their breastfeeding goals, she enjoys teaching breastfeeding and childbirth classes and keeping abreast of new development in the childbirth and baby world.
She thrives on providing high-quality, culturally sensitive care to new families she assists during their parenting journey.
I was blessed with three beautiful souls, who call me «mom» 100 times a day. My third pregnancy guided me into Easter medicine and nontraditional methods of taking care of myself and my babies. It is where my journey of becoming a doula started. In 2020 while obtaining certification of Health Coach I learned about the existence of this profession and realized that this is what I was meant to do. My personal pregnancies and labor experiences motivated me to get education in order to help other mothers.
My goal as a birth doula is to empower and support women while guiding them on their personal journey of becoming a mother. My approach is very diverse and never the same, as I adhere to clients specific needs and asks.
For my postpartum care I like to think of myself as Mery Poppins: I come to your home for a little while, help you create the best routine for your family, and then leave having you feel more confident, educated and empowered to make decisions on your own.
Also, as a part of my services I offer “Thai Herbal Compress Massage” and “Warm oil massages”. I received certification in those, because I strongly believe in natural approach when it comes to our bodies. Massages like this help moms to heal faster emotionally and physically.
In addition, my certification as a Health Coach comes in handy when I create well balanced and nutrient dense meals for my moms during my postpartum visits. I can also help to build personalized menus for the weeks to come to ensure mom and the baby thrive.

I will strive to provide you with evidence based, and quality researched resources to support your new and growing family instead of the latest fads and trends in social media parenting. Here are my credentials:
I am a certified doula and Licensed Massage Therapist with a specialization in prenatal and postpartum massage. I am currently pursuing certification in craniosacral therapy for infants.
I was told about doula work and decided to pursue it. While not finding this work through having babies of my own, it was abundantly clear that I couldn’t wait to have babies to help others have theirs. I fell head over heels in love with this work, and now I can’t imagine doing anything else.
It was a bumpy ride to get there, but she finally enrolled in Palm Beach State College’s massage therapy program. After graduation and receiving her massage license, she promptly received certification as a doula from BEST Doulas, as well as continuing education in perinatal massage. Next, she is pursuing certification in craniosacral therapy for infants in order to better help and support all families.

Hi! My name is Carlota, but you can call me Charly for short :)
I was born in Spain but in 2010 I moved to Norway, where I went through the biggest life transformation anyone can experience: I became a mother… 3 times!!!
Through my children I discovered a strength I did not know existed within me; a passion to nurture and comfort others; an immense wish to help and support other women, and I learned that, in words of Dr. Michel Odent, “in order to change the world, we must first change they way we are born”.
And so it began my career in the maternity field.
I have been working with and for women and their families since 2015, in person and online, during their pregnancy, labor and post partum, and I have loved every minute of it!!!
But by far, my biggest school and training have been my children, thanks to whom I have experience in:
Now that I have moved to the USA I am happy to continue my professional journey and to share my experience, my passion and my positive mindset with your family and give forward the support I was so thankful to receive when I needed it most
Hello My name is Aaliyah. I am a Caribbean woman of Panamanian and Jamaican descent and I am a mother of two children.
I’m an intuitive doula with a tender big heart and devoted to always being 100 % myself. My big heart and non judgmental spirit is what always draws people close to me because I am so selfless and prioritize loving those I care for and supporting them anyway I can. I’m spiritual and hold close to my heart my indigenous ancestral holistic practices.
This includes my knowledge with a variety of herbs and plants and the benefits they serve in a medicinal way. I help women to find their Divine feminine energy because we are so powerful and my intention is to empower the mothers I serve to know that . The universe called me to birth work and confirmed it once I had my second child with a natural water birth and a team of traditional midwives and wouldn’t have been able to get through it without my amazing doula and birth team.
As a mother, having a village of loving supportive people around you during postpartum is so important for mental health and the recovery process of mind, body and soul . it’s a blessing to serve families helping them in any way I’m needed. Prior to me becoming a doula i was a certified nurse assistant / home health aid for the sick and elderly this line of work soften my heart and gave me such a high level of compassion and empathy being that comfort and light in someone’s lives during such vulnerable times and being a anchor in the family’s lives brought me a sense of purpose.
